Tea, Kale chips and Chalk art.

Last Friday I hung out with my dear Maribel who features quite often on this blog, I will really miss her when I leave. sigh. Happy thoughts... Check out her blog by the way it's fantastic! We had planned to just go with the flow, cook a little, craft a little and just enjoy each other's company. I find that sometimes the less you plan the more fun it can be. We ended up chatting over some delicious mango tea, making some kale chips (which by the way are not as amazing as everyone says, they are OK), going to dinner at a great Jamaican place and then ended the night at a fun street fair enjoying all the art!

It was an amazing day and we had such good conversation especially about food, I shall share some of our insights later, for now, enjoy the photos :)

What are y'all up to?
